Shipping & Delivery Information
Depending on the pieces in your order, items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services. Information regarding each product and its unique lead time (shipping time frame) can be found on each product page. Please note, all lead times are subject to change. Once an item is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to view the carrier information and transit details.

Here is a breakdown of the delivery methods you can expect for each category of item in your order:

Small Parcels and Decor Pieces
These items will ship from our Fulfillment Center and will be carefully placed right on your doorstep.

Smaller Furnishings
Mirrors, smaller furniture pieces, including nightstands, side tables, end tables, coffee tables, poufs, ottomans, lounge chairs, table lamps, floor lamps, and other large lighting fixtures that do not include assembly will be delivered to the first dry area inside your home.

Larger Furnishings
Larger-scale furniture pieces, including sofas, cabinets, beds, dressers, and dining tables will be delivered via a delivery agent who is local to your area. For these shipments, you can expect a call to schedule a delivery date and time that works best for you, within the agent's operating hours.

*Please note:
- You must be present to sign for the delivery so please ensure that you schedule a delivery date and time that works with your schedule. If you are not present, a $150 redelivery charge will apply.
- Not all items include full assembly, trash disposal, or full white-glove delivery service.
- We do not allow storage of deliveries at our warehouse. When you are contacted to schedule a delivery date, you will need to have your pieces delivered within the timeframe given by our delivery carrier.


General Information

Pre-Order Items
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page.

Promotional Discount Window
Discounts offered during promotional periods are only available during that window of time. The discount will not be honored when orders are placed outside of the promotional window.

Route
What is Route Shipping Protection?
Although we take great care in our shipping practices and procedures, Route Shipping Protection allows us to provide you with extended protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the shipping process. We highly recommend keeping the item specific Route fee for your purchase as it will allow for a quick and seamless resolution if there are any damages to your purchase.
Should an issue arise with your order during the shipping process, please file a claim through Route's online claims portal or reach out to our Customer Service at becca@b-l-u-r.com.

Return Policy

 

As this is our first collection launch and due to the unique nature of each product, we are not offering returns at this time. We truly appreciate your purchase and your support of Blur's Lifestyle Shop. Please email our Customer Service at becca@b-l-u-r.com for further questions. 

Damaged or Incorrect Item Delivered

Sometimes warehouse mix ups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours.  Please contact becca@b-l-u-r.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery.

When Will my Order Ship?

Every product page has an estimated shipping time frame, and each one varies depending on the product. Our team works hard to update these estimated time frames frequently to remain accurate for our customers. However, you are always welcome to reach out to becca@b-l-u-r.com if you have further questions.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We offer a 24-hour grace period after orders are placed to cancel orders as long as it has not shipped. After 24 hours, orders can no longer be canceled. To inquire about a cancellation, please get in touch with becca@b-l-u-r.com .

How Can I Return My Items?

Not all items sold on our website are eligible for returns. Please visit our returns page for more details about returns we accept. If you seek to return an item that is eligible for a return, please contact becca@b-l-u-r.com to inquire about receiving a return label. All refund amounts will be minus original and return shipping costs.

Do You Offer A Trade Discount?

When will my presale order ship?

All orders placed during our presale will be shipped during the first week of December. We'll send tracking information once your order is on its way!
